Can I change my monthly treatment each month?
Yes — you can select any treatment from your membership menu each month. This flexibility allows your treatment to evolve with your skin's changing needs and seasonal concerns.
What happens if I miss a month?

Can I upgrade from Oak to Platinum membership?
Yes — contact our team at office@oakintegrative.com and we'll help you upgrade your membership to the Platinum tier at any time.
Can I use my membership at both the Burnaby and Victoria locations?
Right now, memberships only work at our Burnaby location — treatments need to be booked with our aestheticians there, so Victoria's not an option yet.
How do I redeem my membership discount?
Just book from your membership's category in Jane App (e.g. "Oak Membership Treatments" or "Oak Platinum Treatments") — the discount applies automatically at checkout.
